Technical data and basic functions
For fabrics with a width of 500 to 6100 mm and a hight of 500 to 3100 mm.
Manual entry of the fabric dimensions via keyboard, optionally using a barcode scanner, to avoid input errors.
The Q63 system can be easily and ergonomically equipped with fabric to be tested - even with large fabrics thanks to operation at working height.
The Q63 system automatically moves to preset tissue dimensions and, after acknowledgment of the optical inspection, returns to the working position to remove the tested tissue.
Optional light function can be switched on for transmitted light textiles; the lighting is ideally partially adapted to the dimensions of the fabric (including dimming function)
